What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards/debit cards. If you would like to pay with a check; please contact customer service.
TopDo you accept federal government purchase card? And withhold taxes since we are a government agency?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit/debit cards. We are located in Oregon and do not collect sales tax.
TopIs there a set up fee for logo badges?
There is a onetime set-up fee for badges that have printed logos.
The setup fees are:
Laser Engraved Logo: $15
Full Color Badges: $20
Hot Stamped Name Badges:
One Color Logo: $20
Two Color Logo: $30
Three Color Logo: $40
Four Color Logo: $50

Yes, pin fasteners are standard on all our name badges.

If you have access to the email address that the account was created with; you can request a new password. If you do not have access to the original email address you will need to create a new account. You can create a new account, or request a new password for an existing account, from the login page.

Yes, there is no minimum order for name badges.
TopWhat type of material are the badges made?
The material used depends on the type of badge you choose. Most of our plastic name badges are printed on 1/16" thick plastic. The executive badges are 1/16" thick plastic attached to a metal frame. Photo ID and full color badges are printed on 60 mil pvc cards. Our Eco friendly badges are made with wood or leather.
TopDo you offer blanks in any of your items?
Yes, all of our name badges may be ordered with a logo only (no engraving).
TopWhat format do you require for artwork?
We accept the following file types: .cdr, .eps, .ai, .pdf, .tiff, .gif, .png, .jpeg, and .bmp
TopCan I request a different font?
Yes, you can request any font. If we do not have the font you request, we may ask you to send it to us.

We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

New name badge orders ship in 7-10 working days. Re-orders ship in 3 working days.

TopWhat Print Processes do you offer?
Our most popular printing process is hot stamping. We also offer: full color thermal transfer, dye sublimation, and full color vinyl.
TopWhat type of engraving do you do?
We do laser and rotary engraving. Most name badges are laser engraved.
TopCan you design a name badge for me?
Yes. To get the design process started request a name badge mockup.

Yes, Name Badges are guaranteed against normal wear and tear, as well as fastener malfunction.
